Our Story
Jake Morrison started Alligator Shipping in 2019 after spending five years as a dispatcher for a large auto transport broker. He watched customers get hit with hidden fees, surprise deposits, and last-minute price hikes. The industry had a trust problem. Jake left with one goal: build an auto transport company where the price you see is the price you pay. No deposits. No bait-and-switch. He launched from a one-bedroom apartment in Miami with a laptop and a network of 40 trusted carriers. Within two years, Alligator Shipping was moving 300+ vehicles per month.
